The Gutsy Gravy
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp pan drippings or butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 cups stock
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) Wild Meat Sauce
Method
Stir the flour into the hot drippings and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the stock until smooth.
Add the Wild Meat Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes until thick and glossy.
