Sausage & Egg Muffin
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 300 g sausage meat, shaped into 4 patties
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices cheese
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Wild Meat Sauce
Method
Fry the patties for 4 minutes each side. Fry the eggs.
Spread the muffin bases with Wild Meat Sauce.
Stack with patty, cheese and egg, and top with the lid.
