Saucy Mushrooms on Toast
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 400 g mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) Wild Meat Sauce
- 4 slices sourdough
- Chopped parsley
Method
Fry the mushrooms in the butter over high heat until golden.
Add the garlic, then the Wild Meat Sauce, and stir for 2 minutes until glossy.
Spoon over toasted sourdough and scatter with parsley.
