Minty Feta Dip with Hot Chips
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 200 g feta
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Forking Mint Sauce, shaken well
- Hot chips to serve
Method
Blitz or mash the feta, yoghurt and Forking Mint until creamy.
Serve in a bowl with a drizzle of extra Forking Mint and a pile of hot chips.
