Bonfire Pizza Scrolls
Makes 12
Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- ½ cup (125 ml) Bonfire BBQ Sauce, plus extra for dipping
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- ½ cup diced ham or pepperoni
Method
Spread each pastry sheet with Bonfire BBQ and scatter with cheese and ham.
Roll up tightly and cut into 6 slices each.
Bake at 200°C for 18 minutes until golden. Serve with extra Bonfire BBQ.
