Bonfire Bacon & Cream Cheese Dip
Serves 6 as a snack
Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
- 4 rashers bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Bonfire BBQ Sauce
- 1 spring onion, sliced
Method
Beat the cream cheese with the Bonfire BBQ until smooth.
Fold through the bacon and spring onion.
Serve with crackers, chips or toasted bread.
