The Classic Kiwi Burger
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 600 g beef mince
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Wild Meat Sauce in the patties
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Wild Meat Sauce on the buns
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices tasty cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced beetroot and fried onion
Method
Mix the mince with the first Wild Meat Sauce, salt and pepper and shape into 4 patties.
Cook for 4 minutes each side, adding the cheese for the last minute.
Toast the buns and spread the bases with the remaining Wild Meat Sauce.
Stack with the patty, lettuce, tomato, beetroot and onion.
