Steak & Chips with Wild Meat Butter
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steaks
- 100 g soft butter
- 2 tbsp Wild Meat Sauce
- Chopped parsley
- Chips to serve
Method
Mash the butter with the Wild Meat Sauce and parsley, roll into a log and chill.
Cook the steaks in a hot pan to your liking and rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with chips and a slice of the butter melting on top of each steak.
