Pheasant Casserole
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 pheasants, jointed
- 4 rashers bacon, chopped
- 1 onion and 2 carrots, chopped
- ¾ cup (185 ml) Wild Meat Sauce
- 1½ cups stock
Method
Brown the pheasant and bacon in a casserole dish.
Add the vegetables, Wild Meat Sauce and stock.
Cover and cook at 150°C for 2 hours until tender.
